Enquiries and applications will be handled confidentially and for the purposes described. Access must be limited to the owner and authorised people or providers who need to be involved. Recipients, contracts and any international transfers will be verified before production is enabled.

Project enquiries

The form collects your name, email, service of interest and project description. Company, budget and timeline are optional. We use these details to respond to your enquiry and consider a possible professional relationship; they are not used for marketing campaigns without separate consent.

Retention periods or criteria for enquiries, email and copies must be defined and verified before production. The application does not automatically delete mailbox content. The deletion procedure and any limits must be validated and assigned to a responsible person.

Open applications

The form collects your name, email, specialism, introduction and at least one professional link. General location is optional. We use this to understand your profile and consider possible collaborations. No vacancies are published, and no interview or employment is guaranteed.

Do not attach documents or provide sensitive or unnecessary data. Links are not downloaded automatically by the website. Retention periods or criteria for applications and copies, and their deletion, remain to be defined and legally reviewed. This notice does not authorise commercial uses unrelated to the application.

How submissions are processed

In local test mode, a simulated message is validated and built without being sent or its contents stored. In production, once the integration is authorised and configured, notifications will go to the corporate mailbox using authenticated SMTP and TLS.

The application does not keep a database of enquiries or candidates. It uses technical identifiers and protected fingerprints to control abuse and duplicates, without storing messages, CVs, names or email addresses in those records. Hosting and email infrastructure may process technical data needed to provide the service; contractual and provider information will be completed in the final policy.

Cookie policy

This draft describes cookies used by the local application. Before publication, cookies and processing introduced by hosting or Cloudflare, and any information or consent requirements, must also be checked. This review has not been completed.

The local session cookie is named burbian_session; production uses __Host-burbian_session. Sessions have an absolute eight-hour limit in addition to the inactivity limit. The language selector uses the URL and does not create a preference cookie.

The forms use a technical session cookie to protect submissions against forgery. It is configured with HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax, plus Secure in production. No analytics or advertising cookies are installed.

The session expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. Abuse-control and duplicate metadata have short validity periods, and a private cleanup task must remove expired files. Hosting server logs have a separate policy that must be reviewed before launch.

Requests about your data

You can email [email protected] to request access, correction or deletion, or ask other questions about the use of your data. Identity will be verified proportionately when necessary. Applicable procedures, rights and limitations will be defined through legal review.

Before publication

Complete the controller's details and legal basis, review providers and transfers, confirm retention periods and rights procedures, and approve a final notice. Production forms remain disabled until that review is confirmed and email is configured.
